A 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects on every GOBAGS zipper bag, pouch and organizer.
What's covered
Defects in your bag's materials, zippers, seams, hardware and workmanship under normal use, for one year from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers the bag itself. Damage to anything you carry in it is not covered.

- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Misuse
- Modifications
- Improper care
- Damage from submerging a bag
- Damage to the bag's contents
Where it applies
Covers GOBAGS bought on gobags.us, on Amazon and in person. U.S. only.
How to make a claim
Email hello@gobags.us with:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- Photos of the defect
- A short description of what happened
We'll review it and make it right with a replacement or another appropriate solution. GOBAGS pays the shipping on warranty claims.
30-day free returns
Not the right fit? You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Email hello@gobags.us to start. For U.S. orders, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost; return shipping fees may apply to international orders. Sale items are final sale. Bought on Amazon?
